2024 Final Reporting
Final grant reports for 2024 will be submitted directly through the CCWC online grant portal. All reports must be current in order to be considered for future funding. Grant recipients for 2024 must submit their final reports by 5 pm PST on Thursday, January 30, 2025.

Grant Assistance & Questions
Online application and distribution of funds: The CCWC has contracted with the Hillsboro Community Foundation to manage its grant process, the application system, and to be the fiscal agent for CCWC grant funds.
